Prospera Lab equips aspiring Latino entrepreneurs with the skills, tools, and confidence to launch and grow their businesses. This program is designed with cultural relevance and real-world practicality in mind.
Participants engage in workshops, mentorship, and a multi-phase incubator experience that builds capacity and community.

II. Latino Business Pre-Incubator & Incubator
This first-of-its-kind program focuses on supporting Latino-led businesses from idea to launch. It is:
- Based on Lean Startup methodology, adapted for community relevance
- Structured in phases: pre-incubation (ideation + validation) and incubation (build + launch)
- Includes mentorship, peer collaboration, and expert-led sessions
- Culminates in a pitch event or showcase
