WHO WE ARE ?
Minority Education Freedom Foundation – MEFF - is a nonprofit organization providing community and educational programs, cross-cultural interaction, and art experiences to allow women, children, immigrants and minorities to get better opportunities to improve their lives.
We realized that minorities, whether they are people of color, immigrants, children or women, have many needs that society has chosen to overlook. Whether it is something as simple as for an immigrant to learn English, for a single mother to open a bank account, or for low-income families to know how to manage their household finances, these are aspects of life that we take for granted yet are vital for minorities to get ahead in the United States, improve their quality of life, and move up the social ladder. At MEFF, we strive to meet these minority needs by providing information and educational programs to the community that will enable them to achieve their goals as individuals and for their families.
